Inger Lise Fagernes was a top-scoring player for the Norwegian teams that managed sixth-places finishes at the Women's World Championships in 1990, 1992 and 1994. When she was kept off the scoreboard in five games at the 1997 event, Norway fell into eighth (last) place. Fagernes was a member of the Norwegian team that finished fourth at the European Women's Championship in 1991 and that won a bronze medal at the European tourney in 1993. |
