Ed Olczyk

Ed Olcyzk was a member of the United States National Team in 1983-84 and collected seven points (two goals and five assists) in six games for the Americans at the 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo. He was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks with the third overall pick in the 1984 Entry Draft and began his NHL career in 1984-85. Olcyzk would continue to be a key offensive threat for the United States at various international events, playing for his country in the Canada Cup tournament in 1984, 1987, and 1991 and at the World Championships in 1986, 1987, 1989, and 1993.
