Maren Valenti Maren Valenti played for West Germany at the first official Women's World Championships in 1990. She had three goals and two assists on a low-scoring team that represented Germany with a fourth-place finish at the European Women's Championship in 1993. In 1994, she played for the German team at the Women's World Championships and in 1995 she had four goals and three assists on a German team that scored only 11 goals at the European tournament.
