(Left Cover, Right Inside) The Canadian House of Commons presented this certificate to Team Canada General Manager Cliff Fletcher following the 2000 Men's World Hockey Championship.

The Stanley Cup 1988-89 Calgary Flames engraving. Fletcher moved to Calgary with the Atlanta Flames in 1980-81 and was instrumental in building and leading the franchise to its first Stanley Cup victory as its General Manager.
