The following provides a basic outline of the Game Time prizes to be awarded for the 2007-08 Season. You must refer to the Contest Rules for all prizing details and eligibility requirements.

| Final scores will be tabulated immediately after each Game Time Challenge Showdown -- scheduled: Thursday, November 29, 2007; Thursday, December 13, 2007; Thursday, January 10, 2008; Thursday, February 14, 2008; Thursday, March 13, 2008; Thursday, April 10, 2008; Thursday, May 18, 2008; Thursday, June 12, 2008, each beginning at Noon (EST/EDT).
A minimum of ten (10) GTC plays is required to qualify.

| (a) | Participants must participate in at least ten (10) Game Time Challenges to qualify for the above prizes. The maximum number of games one user is permitted to play during the 2007-08 Game Time season is 700. |

| (b) | There will be no cash surrender value, no substitutions for, nor transfer of any of the Prizes provided that the Hockey Hall of Fame may, in its sole discretion, substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater value.
|
|
| (c) | ONE ENTRANT PER HOUSEHOLD. Note: Entrant profiles will be audited on a regular basis to ensure that only one entrant per household is participating. |

| (d) | Contest participants may win a maximum of 3 Game Time Challenge Showdown Prizes. Note that winning one of the top two Game Time Challenge Showdown Prizes includes winning a $50 Hockey Hall of Fame Spirit of Hockey Gift Certificate for finishing in the top 10 - both the top two prize and the $50 Hockey Hall of Fame Spirit of Hockey Gift Certificate is equal to 1 prize. A $50 Spirit of Hockey Gift Certificate won on its own counts as 1 prize. The Prizes will be awarded in combination as applicable in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 8 above. |
