(a) Hockey Hall of Fame Marketplace E-gift Certificates will be:
 - awarded and issued in Canadian Dollars
- awarded and issued at the end of the 2001-02 Season based on the cumulative total
earned during the 2001-02 Season
- redeemable only via the "Spirit of Hockey Cyberstore" or the "Legends Line e-store"
commencing July 1, 2002 and expiring June 30, 2003.

| (b) | Contest participants may win one or more of the Prizes. For example, the "1st High Score" winner of the 2001-02 Season will receive the Prizes assigned to (i) the 1st High Score, (ii) the Top Ten Scores, and (iii) the Top 100 Scores. |

| (c) | There will be no cash surrender value, no substitutions for, nor transfer of any of the Prizes provided that the Hockey Hall of Fame may, in its sole discretion, substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater value.
