Bourque, Ray
Boston Bruins
1991-92

Long-time Boston Bruins captain Ray Bourque became the first member of the Bruins to capture the King Clancy Memorial Trophy. His efforts on the ice have never been disputed, as he finished second in club scoring and was a nominee for the Norris Trophy as the best at his position. Bourque, a visible member of the Boston community, also involved himself in countless charities, including time spent as Honourary Chairman for Boston's Floating Hospital for Infants and Children. Along with numerous visits, all award money received by Bourque was donated directly to children's charities, as well as funds raised through his annual golf tournament in his hometown of Montreal
