BRIAN SUTTER was the second Blues coach to win the JACK ADAMS AWARD. After a good showing in 1989-90, the SUTTER-led Blues increased their overall point total by 22. It marked the second time in team history that the Blues surpassed the century point plateau. SUTTER'S use of the explosive duo featuring Brett Hull and Adam Oates was a key reason to the team's success. The trophy's runner-up was coach Tom Webster of Los Angeles.
