Minnesota Wild goaltender Josh Harding is the 2013 winner of the Bill Masterton Trophy as the NHL player who 'best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey.'

Despite being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Harding appeared in five games for the Wild during the 2012-13 season as well as five playoff games. In winning the award Harding beat out Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Adam McQuaid of the Boston Bruins.
