For the second time in his career BILL COOK had led the NHL in points, he also acomplished this in the 1926-27 after being traded to the New York Rangers by Saskatoon (WCHL) for cash on October 18, 1926. He also was selected to the NHL First All-Star Team and led the Rangers to a great post-season , which saw them sweep the Leafs in four games to ultimately become Stanley Cup Champs.
