Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Eric Selleck
Eric Selleck was born on October 20, 1987 in Spencerville, Ontario. He played junior hockey for the Pembroke Lumber Kings before attending Oswego State University of the NCAA.

Following his second impressive year at the collegiate level, Selleck signed as a free agent with the Florida Panthers on April 21, 2010. He would make his professional debut in the American Hockey League for the Rochester Americans the following season.

After three years in the American Hockey League, where Selleck emerged as a tough, gritty winger, Eric got his first taste of NHL action midway through the lockout-shortened season. He would suit up in a pair of games for the Panthers, racking up 17 minutes in penalties and recording his first NHL assist.
