Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Jordan Nolan
Jordan Nolan was born on June 23, 1989 in Garden River, Ontario. On his father's side he is First Nation Ojibwe and on his mother's side he is First Nation Maliseet.

A product of the Ontario Hockey League, Nolan spent time with the Erie Otters and Windsor Spitfires before finishing his junior career with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.

Nolan was selected in the seventh round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and joined the club's AHL affiliate, the Manchester Monarchs, in 2010.

After a season and a half in Manchester, Nolan was called up to the NHL on February 11, 2012 and would appear in the remaining 26 regular season games for the Kings, providing the club with a physical fourth line presence. Nolan would continue his strong play for the Kings during the team's playoff run and was a key part of the Kings club that stormed through the Western Conference playoffs and defeated the New Jersey Devils to capture the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.

During the 2013-14 season, the Kings once again made it to the Stanley Cup Final where they would defeat the New York Rangers in five games. The win gave Nolan and the Kings their second Stanley Cup in three years.

Prior to the 2017-18 season, Nolan was waived by the Kings and subsequently claimed by the Buffalo Sabres. He would suit up in 69 games for the Sabres in what would prove to be his lone season in Buffalo. As an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2018, Nolan signed a one-year deal with the St. Louis Blues.
