Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Tyler Bouck
Tyler Bouck spent parts of five seasons with the Prince George Cougars of the Western Hockey League. A native of Camrose, Alberta, Bouck excelled in his final year of junior, recording 30 goals and 33 assists for 63 points and was named to the WHL West's First All-Star Team in 1999-2000. By that point, Bouckwas already the property of the Dallas Stars, who had selected him with their second pick in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. The right-winger spent his first professional season, 2000-01, split between the Utah Grizzlies of the now defunct IHL, and the parent Stars where he earned 7 points in 48 games.

The following season, Bouck was dealt to Phoenix, playing 7 NHL games but splitting the remainder of the 2001-2002 season between Springfield and Manitoba of the AHL, after having his rights acquired by the Vancouver Canucks in December of 2001.

Upon his arrival with the Canuck organization, Bouck continued to spend the majority of his playing time in the AHL while seeing limited action with the parent club in Vancouver.
