Five of Tex White's seven NHL seasons were spent with the Pittsburgh Pirates. In his first tour of duty with the Pirates, White played four years, appearing in 154 games, scoring 21 goals and ten assists for 31 points.

After a 13-game interlude with the New York Americans in 1928-29, where he scored one goal and one assist in 13 games, White returned to Pittsburgh for the 1929-30 season, playing in 29 games for the Pirates, scoring eight goals and an assist.

White's final NHL season was in 1930-31, when he played nine games for the Philadelphia Quakers, scoring three goals. He also appeared in 35 games with the Pittsburgh Yellow Jackets of the IHL that year, notching nine goals and seven assists.

The final pro season for Weir was in 1931-32 when he played in 24 games with the Pittsburgh Hornets of the IHL.

Weir's final NHL tally was 205 games played, 33 goals, 12 assists and 45 points with 141 minutes in penalties.

Loaned to NY Americans by Pittsburgh for remainder of 1928-29 season for Jesse Spring and the loan of Edmond Bouchard for remainder of 1928-29 season, February 15, 1929.
