Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Bob Sirois
After four seasons in the QJHL and QMJHL for several teams, Bob Sirois was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1974 Amateur Draft and began playing in the NHL the very next season.

Sirois played only four games with the Flyers in the 1974-75 and 1975-76 seasons, spending the majority of that time with the team's AHL affiliate Richmond Robins. He was traded to the Washington Capitals in 1975 where he got a chance to play full-time in the NHL. Sirois had a career season in 1977-78 when he collected 61 points and played in the NHL All-Star Game.

He spent five seasons with the Capitals before ending his NHL career in 1980. Sirois played in Switzerland for the 1980-81 season before making a return the next season to the AHL for a brief stint with the Hershey Bears. He retired in 1982
