Centre Eddie Ouelette played the 1935-36 season with the Chicago Black Hawks. He was a creative playmaker and goal scorer who spent most of his pro career in the IAHL and PCHL.

The native of Ottawa, Ontario played junior in Windsor and Walkerton before joining the Toronto Millionaires of the IAHL. He played for four different IAHL teams and led the league with 25 assists in 1934-35 while skating for the London Tecumsehs. Following his NHL stint, he joined the PCHL's Portland Buckaroos and remained there for five years. He topped the 20-goal mark twice and was a key contributor on offense for the club. Oulette retired in 1942 after playing a season with the QPHL's Lachine Flyers.
