Defenceman Charles Fraser dressed for one game with the Hamilton Tigers in 1923-24. Apart from his brief NHL interlude, he was a reliable senior player in Nova Scotia for five seasons.
Born in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, Fraser played for the local senior club for four seasons and also competed for the New Glasgow Black Foxes. He was a regular with the Amherst Ramblers for two years when he was recalled to the NHL. Fraser returned briefly to the Stellarton Seniors in 1924-25 before retiring.
