Born on March 21st 1890 in the town of Lynden, Ontario Lloyd "Farmer" Cook had a four game NHL career that followed a 10 year career in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association, nine of which were spent with Vancouver.
Cook, who was named to six All-Star Teams during his time in the PCHA, joined the Boston Bruins in 1924 following an intra-league trade with Vancouver. With the Bruins Cook played just four games, but the defenseman did manage to score a goal in that time.
After his time in Boston, Cook moved on to the California Professional League and spent his final six seasons there playing for Culver City, Los Angeles and San Francisco before retiring in 1931.
