Right-winger Stephen Tepper played one game for the Chicago Black Hawks in 1992-93. He was a decent goal scorer who was better known in college and the minors.
Born in Santa Ana, California, Tepper was chosen 134th overall by the Hawks in 1987 while he was in the midst of the successful career at Westboro High School in Massachusetts. He then spent four years at the University of Maine before turning pro in 1992-93.
Apart from his one game look in Chicago, Tepper spent four years as a pro in the minors before retiring in 1996. He enjoyed his greatest success with the CHL's Fort Worth Fire where he topped the 20-goal mark in 1994 and 1995.
