Centre David Struch played four games for the Calgary Flames in 1993-94. He was a top scorer in junior who went on to have moderate success in the minors and Europe.

Born in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Struch was taken 195th overall by Calgary in 1991 after notching 45 goals for the Saskatoon Blades of the WHL. He returned to junior and scored 29 goals in the first half of the season before making his pro debut with the IHL's Salt Lake Golden Eagles. He then spent four years as a mainstay on the Eagles and was recalled once to Calgary. Struch retired in 1997 after splitting the year between Austria's EC Graz and the Waco Wizards of the Western Pro league.
