Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Jeff Zehr
Left-winger Jeff Zehr played four games for the Boston Bruins in 1999-00. He was a solid grinder who could score a few goals in junior but had yet to rise above utility player status as a pro.

Born in Woodstock, Ontario, Zehr excelled in the OHL with three different teams and was taken 31st overall by the New York Islanders in 1997. He returned to junior and signed with Boston as a free agent in 1999. He played four games for the club but suffered a serious knee injury in practice which limited his playing time over the next two years.
