Roger Bourbonnais

Roger Bourbonnais was a member of Father David Bauer's Canadian National Team from the time of its inception in 1963-64 until it was disbanded in 1970. During that time Bourbonnais played at two Winter Olympic Games and at the World Championships four times. He won a bronze medal at the Grenoble Olympics in 1968, after having played for bronze medal-winning teams at the World Championships in 1966 and 1967. Bourbonnais was one of the top offensive talents on a Canadian squad that would continually struggle to score goals. He led the Nats with five assists at the 1964 Innsbruck Olympics and generally ranked among the club's top scorers at all major international events.
