Career Began his great goaltending career in 1959 with Slovan Bratislava where he played until 1973 ... From 1973 to 1978 he played for Zetor Brno ... Saw action in 571 games in 19 seasons in Czechoslovak League ... Continued his career in Germany with in Augsburger AV (!978-79) and SC Riessersee (1979 to 1982) ... Became a champion with SC Riessersee in 1980-81 ... Became a coach after retiring ... From 1982 to 1985 he coached the juniors of Slovan Bratislava ... Coached Zetor Brno in 1985-86 and 1989-90 ... Coached one season in Switzerland with EHC Olten (1986-87) ... Worked in Germany with SC Riessersee (1987-88), Eintracht Frankfurt (1988-89), Nordhorn (1990-91), Klostersee (1991) and Straubing (1991 to 1993).
