Career For 14 years, Billkvam played for Norway's most respected club, Valerengen, which won the league championship six times ... Billkvam grew up within walking distance of the rink in which Valerengen plays ... His father-in-law, Knut Nybben Stenberg, was a star forward for Valerengen years ago ... In the summer of 1992, Billkvam suddenly joined Furuset Oslo, the rival of Valerengen ... Later played for Sparta Sarpsborg.
